Ponca City High School senior Ryan Hazlett has been named 2016 academic all state by the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence. One hundred senior students statewide are being honored with a $1000 scholarship, a medallion and a commemorative plaque. There were 661 nominations from school districts across the state. The all staters will be recognized May 21st at the foundations 30th annual awards banquet.
