Voters in Newkirk have elected Jack Bagg to City Council seat 2. Bagg received 340 votes in yesterdays election. Derek Cassady had 128 votes and Bob Randol 40. In Blackwell voters elected Robert Braden to Ward One of their City Commission. Braden received 859 votes, Peggy Massey 538 and Shawn Wilson 91.
