Ashley Nicole Hooper was placed under arrest by Ponca City police just hours after a fire destroyed a home at 510 North Pine Street.The fire was reported at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday and the arrested took place at 9 a.m. The home was declared a total loss but there were no injuries. A police spokesman said the arson appears to be the result of a civil disagreement between family members.
