The City of Blackwell will have a Mayor and Ward #4 Candidates forum coming up this Tuesday, March 23, from
6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at The Blackwell Chamber of Commerce’s Conference Room.
Up for the Blackwell Mayor Seat are Julie Green and T.J. Greenfield, and running for Ward #4 are Steve Marquardt and Chad Shepherd.
There’ll be limited seating and face masks are required.
