The Blackwell Journal-Tribune and the Blackwell High School Facebook pages are reporting that Blackwell High School students will switch over to virtual learning starting Wednesday, Dec. 8, and going for the remainder of the semester.

Both high school principals have been exposed to COVID-19. According to Blackwell Superintendent Shawn Haskins, none of the two principals have tested positive for the virus.

At this time, BHS will return to in-person learning in January following the upcoming holiday break.

In addition, Tuesday night’s basketball games at home against Alva have been canceled.
