One Blackwell woman was arrested on Sunday morning after a domestic dispute.
April Rummel, 33, was arrested on charges of reckless conduct with a firearm and domestic violence. This is after police received reports of shots fired in the 600 block of west Padon Ave. Police later found out in an investigation that Rummel fired three shots from a 9 mm handgun.
No in juries were reported.
