The City of Blackwell announced Tuesday that Blackwell’s Street & Parks Department is offering leftover mulch chips that were used from the recent ice-storms. The mulch pile is located just off Ferguson Ave on 6th Street, in a small lot just before the railroad tracks. The mulch is free to the public.
Those interested are responsible for loading and hauling the mulch themselves.
