The 2022 Tulip’s A Bloom Festival is set for May 7 in downtown Blackwell.
The event will start at 9 a.m. and end at 3 p.m.
Music, food, games, petting zoo, treasure hunt, contests, and many more activities are planned.
Art Students are needed for the Sidewalk Chalk Art contest. A winner will be selected by judges and will win a prize.
