On Saturday April 18 at approximately 11:30 a.m., after Ponca City Police receiving additional information, the body of Sheila Jane Strong, 35, was found inside the 101 rodeo grounds. She was found deceased by investigators. The Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office was called in to investigate and her next of kin has been notified.
On Tuesday April 14, 2020 the Ponca City Police Department received a call wanting to report Sheila Jane Strong as missing. She was reported missing by her mother who last saw her leaving their residence on foot in the area of Paradise Apartments on Saturday April 11.
