The City of Ponca City has entered into an agreement with the construction firm Hembree and Hodgson to reconstruct second street from the North side of Broadway Avenue to the South side of Hazel Avenue. That section of Second Street will be closed to all through traffic during construction and residents will not be able to access their driveways. The work is expected to be complete in 45 days.
