Charlie Bottger is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The group, NACHI, provides approximately 1,000 coats annually across the nation for their Cozy Coats for Kids program. Charlie made application for ten coats for local children and they were delivered to the Police Department. Ponca City School Counselors submitted some specifics for children in need including the size they wore and their favorite color. The coats were delivered to the school counselors that submitted the need.
