The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that just after 2:00 on Saturday morning a 2001 Harley Davidson, driven by 35 year old Brandon H. Buell of Ponca City, departed US 160 approximately 4.5 miles east of Ponca City and “impacted the dirt road side”. Buell was Transported by Ponca City Ambulance to Alliance Health Ponca City where he was admitted in stable condition for trunk internal injuries.Buell’s passenger, 34 year old Kelli L. Briley of Ponca City, jumped off the vehicle after he lost control and was not injured.The OHP report says that inattention to driving was the cause of the accident and that helmets were not in use.The accident was investigated by troopers from OHP Troop K and were assisted by Kay County Sherriff’s Office, and Ponca City EMS.You might also be interested in this story:Did you hear about the FBI raid on East Hartford in Ponca City on Friday?
