Tomorrow is the Presidential Preferential Primary election and local elections in both Newkirk and Blackwell. Newkirk voters will select a city commissioner from three candidates, Jack Bagg, Bob Randol and Dereck Cassady. Blackwell voters will chose a Ward One councilmember from Peggy Massey, Richard Braden and Shawn Wilson. The polls will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
