A warrant has been issued for a 45 year old Ponca City woman charged with a felony count of embezzlement by the Kay County District Court. Christiana Lynn Daine was charged on July 6 and is accused of embezzling over $1000 from the Ponca City Walgreens’ store between March 1 and March 10.
Daine was employed as store manager and allegedly had been altering invoices when making payments to vendors and withdrawing unauthorized payments, keeping the money for herself. Bond is endorsed at $5000.
