No winner in Wednesday night’s drawing for the Powerball Lottery. That means Saturday night’s drawing is valued at $535 million ($340.1 million cash value). Those numbers are expected to rise over the next 24 hours. This would be the fifth-largest Powerball jackpot ever. Powerball is played in 44 states including Oklahoma, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico and the U-S Virgin Islands.
We checked in on several area convenience stores on Friday afternoon and every location reported a steady stream of jackpot hopefuls.
Chances of winning the grand prize (all five numbers plus the Powerball) are one in 292.2 million.
