Former Ponca City Wrestling Coach Justice Circle, 24, had his two felony charges dismissed on August 19 in the Kay County District Court.

The felony charges he faced were for lewd or indecent acts to a child under the age of 16 and soliciting sexual conduct/communication with a minor by technology.

The state moved to dismiss the case without costs due to the victim no longer wishing to prosecute.

In September 2020, Circle was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old. According to the affidavits, the teen alleges that Circle contacted her via SnapChat and told the teen that he wished he was her age so they could have sex. The teen told police that she was a Mat Maid and that Circle was flirty with her and made several sexual comments.
