A former Ponca City resident was involved in the Monday shooting of two people in Garvin County. 19 year old Justin Kozarevich was one of two people shot in the head just North of Wynnewood. He is at the OU medical center according to family members. Two people have been arrested in the shootings. 18 year old Roger Arles and 21 year old Trevor Noland were taken into custody shortly after the incident.
