One of two recent deaths in the Latimer County Jail has been associated with injuries suffered in a DUI related accident. The Oklahoma Medical Examiners Office said Thasha Prindle swerved off the road Dec. 24 and struck a house. She was transported to Latimer County General Hospital and was medically cleared before being booked into jail. Another inmate died of apparent self inflicted wounds when he asked for shaving utensils. He was taken to the hospital with cuts to his arms and neck, where he died.
