The Kay County district court has issued a warrant for Julia Ann Miracle, 61, from Round Rock, Texas.
Miracle faces a felony count of second degree arson after a structure fire occurred back on Jan. 20 at 2106 west Ferguson in Blackwell. According to the Blackwell Fire Department, Miracle reportedly stated that she attempted to set fire to the home before going to the Super 8 Motel to attempt suicide. Miracle was later taken to the hospital after she consumed 70 pills and vodka. Miracle’s bond is set at $25,000.
