The Kay County Health Department will be administering the COVID-19 vaccine BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to those 65 and older while continuing to serve first responders and healthcare workers. Please click the link directly below to schedule your appointment. The vaccinations will be done on Tuesdays and Thursdays only for the next few weeks, as vaccine supplies allow.

The City of Ponca City, and the Ponca City Police Department are assisting the Health Department with logistics and safety. The configuration of the flow of people into and out of the gym has now been set up to avoid lining up outside. Because the vaccinations are by APPOINTMENT ONLY, and there is limited space for parking and waiting, DO NOT come to Unity Gym until 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please complete the necessary paperwork/forms prior to entering the gym. Police Officers and Volunteers will have forms on site to hand out to citizens in their cars. You will not be allowed into the gym if it is more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
You must wear a mask to enter Unity Gym.
