The Kay County Health Department, in partnership with IMMYLabs, is pleased to offer FREE COVID-19 testing to all in the Ponca City community.
Testing is free and voluntary and will take place from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2020, in the parking lot of the RecPlex, 1604 W Grand Ave., Ponca City, OK 74601.
To sign up for testing, follow these easy steps:
1. CLICK HERE https://portal.immylabs.com/
2. Click on the “Make Appointment” button
3. Select your designated “collection site” location from the dropdown (type in Ponca City for this location)
4. Select a day and time
5. Fill out the form and click Next
6. Review all the information you entered and click Submit
On the day and time of your scheduled appointment, you will come to the drive-thru location for testing. After testing, you will receive a text and an email within 2 business days with a link to access your results.
