The Kay County Health Department in Blackwell will offer another curbside COVID-19 testing site on Thursday, April 23 by appointment only.
You must be experiencing a fever of at least 100.4 degrees, a cough, shortness of breath or if you know you’ve been in contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19. The testing is FREE and no doctor referral is required. Instructions will be provided upon arrival, and please remain in your vehicle at all times during an appointment.
