The Leadership Programs for both Blackwell and Ponca City had quite the week as they have gotten to visit the State Capitol in Oklahoma City. Leadership Blackwell also had the opportunity to meet Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt as pictured below. During the visit on Tuesday, Leadership Blackwell Coordinator Lea Ann Bechtel presented Governor Stitt with a Barn Quilt with the Oklahoma State Seal in the center. Leadership Blackwell continues their visit this week at the Oklahoma State Capitol.

For Leadership Ponca City, the class got to spend time with the State Chamber, Department of Commerce, Oklahoma City Chamber, toured the Oklahoma City Memorial and had dinner in Bricktown. The class got to hear speakers both days as one of the speakers was Governor Stitt. The Leadership Ponca City says that they are fired up following the trip.
