Tomorrow night is the night that Marland’s Grand Home heads to the Emmy’s awards.  The  film “High Stakes: The Life and Times of E.W. Marland” is up for the historical documentary award. The 2017 Emmy Awards Banquets for the Heartland region of the United States will be held both in Denver and Oklahoma City simultaneously.    The Oklahoma black tie event will take place at the OK History Center beginning at 6:00PM. High Stakes, produced by Swearingen Productions of Tulsa, OK, is one of three finalists in the historical documentary category and features several Ponca Citians in the docudrama.

The hour long documentary film with bonus features can be purchased at the 1916 Marland Grand Home or the 1927 Marland Estate in Ponca City. Both historic sites are open daily for tours from 10AM to 5PM.

Thank You to the Marland Estate Foundation for financially funding this great documentary film!
