The City of Blackwell reports that starting Monday, August 2, 2021, milling road work will begin from Padon to Doolin Ave. starting with the outside lanes.
This will continue for 3 days, traffic cones will be in place and the road can still be used for travel.
On Sunday, August 7, 2021, through August 9, 2021 from the hours of 9 p.m.-6 a.m., new asphalt will be laid starting with the outside lanes. Traffic cones will be in place along with an escort vehicle as needed.
