Multi-Offender Back In Jail

A convicted offender from Ponca City is facing more charges after a local arrest.

28 year old Scott Mears was booked after his arrest on charges of second degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, possession of methampthetamines and possession of paraphernalia.

His criminal record includes 20 burglary convictions in Kay County, and convictions in Kansas.

He is being held on $100,000 bond and set for an initial appearance on March 31st.
