Chief Bohon is starting a new tradition of afternoon promotion ceremonies, to allow family and friends to be present.Captain Evans was born and raised in Ponca City, and is a graduate of Po-Hi. He joined the PCPD in September of 1992, achieving the rank of Sergeant in May, 1999, and Lieutenant in March of 2003.He has served in both the Patrol and Investigative divisions, and is a former commander of the tactical team.His promotion effective date was March 18th.He will supervise the investigative unit.
