Pioneer Technology Center’s (PTC) Business and Industry Services (BIS) division has a new leader. Molly Kyler is now the Executive Director of BIS as of July 1. She stepped into Mike Boon’s role, who retired after 27 years in the CareerTech system.
Most recently Kyler has served as the Organizational and Leadership Development Director assisting PTC with strategic planning as well as helping clients and business owners through leadership classes and business coaching.
Kyler has been employed at Pioneer Technology Center for the past 19 years. She holds two degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma; a bachelors of science in marketing education and a masters of education in school administration. Kyler’s background is in marketing education and educational leadership.
