NOVEMBER LIBRARY PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS

Sewing Circle for two program times 2:004:00 pm, or 6:00–8:00 pm

Want to get a jump start on some personalized holiday gifts? During this program patrons will be making granny square stockings. This is a FREE event with 10–12 patron availability. Storytime and Craft at 11:00 am

Recommended ages 0–6 will enjoy a fun singing exercise and then embark on an enchanting storybook read by the Children’s Librarian followed by a unique craft. If you have any questions regarding story time, please call the library at 767-0345

Decorative Origami at 3:00 pm

This is a come and go event in the Library Program Room for the entire family to enjoy. All materials will be provided at this FREE event.

Library Resources to Assist with Finding a Job

This class will help patrons learn computer technology tools the library offers to assist with job searches and workforce readiness.

Children’s Movie Showing at 11:00 am

The featured film is rated G and is 84 minutes long. This movie is about a beauty and a beast and will have FREE refreshments located in the Library Program Room. Please call the library at 767-0345 and ask our staff more about the featured film.

Thank a Veteran and Children’s Craft at 2:00 pm

Make a veteran’s day by sending them a friendly letter through a local organization. Kids can also enjoy creating a fun unique craft. This is a free event that will be in the library program room.

Saturday, November 12

Let’s Build with Bricks at 1:00 pm

Looking for something to do with the entire family on Saturday? Kids can be creative and use their imagination to create something with toy blocks. Parents can join the fun too! This will take place in the Library Program Room.

This conference will take place in the Library Board Room and provide patrons with tools to better manage diabetes based on the principles of empowerment and adult education. Please register for this class by signing up at the library reference desk or by calling 767-0345.

Turkey Bingo at 1:00 pm

Join the Ponca City Library for this family fun event in the Library Program Room with many fun bingo prize giveaways. Bingo winners are eligible to win a turkey for the entire family to enjoy on Thanksgiving!
