The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics served a Search Warrant Thursday morning at an unlicensed medical marijuana business in Blackwell.
“This medical marijuana business let their OMMA license expire last June and their OBN license expired in October. They continued to grow marijuana while making no effort to get into compliance with state law.”—Mark Woodward, OBN Spokesman.
No arrests have been made and charges are pending as the investigation in ongoing.
