Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority has selected GreatBlue Research to conduct their annual Customer Satisfaction Survey for Ponca City Energy.
Customers can complete the online survey at http://surveys.greatblueresearch.com/…/OMPAResidentialS….
A phone survey will also be conducted starting in September.
The final survey results will be presented to the OMPA Board for review.
