An accident in the 6400 block of Lake Road was reported to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Saturday afternoon two and a half miles east of Ponca City.
Kenneth South of Ponca City was driving his Surburban when he apparently suffered a medical condition. The vehicle ended up rolling ¾ times and came to rest on the passenger side. South was pinned in the wreckage almost an hour before being freed by the Ponca City Fire Department. A juvenile passenger was pinned for 30 minutes before being freed. Both occupants of the vehicle were transported to Alliance Health in Ponca City where the driver was admitted for observation for a medical condition not related to the accident. The Passenger was treated and released.
