On Saturday, Osage County Deputies responded to a call of a man shot at his residence in Fairfax, OK.
Upon arrival, it was learned a Native American male named Skylar Yarber, was the suspect. Yarber was later arrest Saturday afternoon in a rural area in Osage County. Yarber was booked into the Osage County jail in Pawhuska on charges of shooting with intent to kill and first degree burglary.
The man that was shot was reported to be in stable condition.
