OSDH reports 122 new COVID-19 cases Wednesday

The Oklahoma State Department of Health reported 119 new COVID-19 cases and no new deaths for Wednesday, May 26.

Oklahoma’s seen an overall total of 452,496 COVID-19 cases, 8,436 deaths and 26,385 hospitalizations. As of Wednesday, the 7-day rolling average for new cases is 83 and 1,421 cases are active.

Kay County has seen an overall total of 5,328 COVID-19 cases, 128 deaths and 5,198 recoveries. Kay County only has two active COVID-19 cases.

PONCA CITY – 3,898 COVID-19 cases/83 deaths/3,812 recoveries

BLACKWELL – 682 COVID-19 cases/28 deaths/654 recoveries

NEWKIRK – 445 COVID-19 cases/6 deaths/439 recoveries

TONKAWA – 375 COVID-19 cases/15 deaths/360 recoveries

KAW CITY – 64 COVID-19 cases/3 deaths/61 recoveries

BRAMAN – 24 COVID-19 cases/1 death/23 recoveries

PAYNE – 8,703 COVID-19 cases/76 deaths/8,605 recoveries

GARFIELD – 7,809 COVID-19 cases/139 deaths/7,662 recoveries

OSAGE – 4,766 COVID-19 cases/76 deaths/4,676 recoveries

PAWNEE – 1,788 COVID-19 cases/52 deaths/1,734 recoveries

NOBLE – 1,380 COVID-19 cases/20 deaths/1,360 recoveries

GRANT – 549 COVID-19 cases/7 deaths/542 recoveries

OSDH also reports that as of Wednesday, there have been 2,917,277 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine administered. This includes 1,623,248 first doses given and 1,313,936 Oklahomans are fully vaccinated.
