The Otoe-Missouria Tribe signed a new gaming compact with the state of Oklahoma that will allow us to grow our gaming operations and bring long-term stability to their tribe.
According to the Otoe-Missouria Tribe, the compact establishes an agreement between the State and the Otoe-Missouria Tribe for the tribe to pursue three new facilities in Payne County, Noble County and Logan County. The State provides the compacting Tribe the right to conduct Class III Covered Games and table games indefinitely. The Compact establishes a legal framework for event wagering in Oklahoma, providing each compacting tribe with licensed locations to conduct event wagering, including traditional sports wagering and mobile e-sports wagering, and providing the State with up to five licenses for non-tribal event wagering locations.
Also, the new gaming compacts remove restrictions on House-banked table and card games. Now, persons who play table games at Otoe-Missouria and Comanche casinos no longer have to ante each hand.
