As of Sunday, there have been up to 58,020 confirmed cases, and 8,288 cases are active.There have been 13 virus-related deaths reported over the weekend. No further data is known about the two deaths for Sunday. Oklahoma’s death toll is at 799. One of the deaths over the weekend was in Garfield County.Kay County has nine new COVID-19 cases since Friday to put the total to 309 cases, 12 deaths and 261 recoveries.For new cases in surrounding counties, there are 98 for Payne County, 65 for Garfield County, 24 for Washington County, 22 for Osage County, 11 for Logan County, seven for Pawnee County, three for Noble County and one for Grant County.OSDH is reporting 1,171 new recoveries over the weekend, putting Oklahoma’s recovery total to 48,933. In order for a recovery to count, the recovered patient must not be deceased or hospitalized and it has been 14 days since their report.Officials also report that as of Friday, 799,520 test results have returned negative.
