Police that were told that when a customer pulled up to a gas pump in her 1988 Chevrolet pickup, she went into the store. Once inside, that’s when someone stole her truck.

Police were able to locate the truck in the 500 block of north Oak with Silver driving and had a female passenger with her.

The passenger, Leta Holder, told police that Silver picked her up and claimed that someone named Tom loaned her the truck.

Holder said she has only known Silver for two weeks and that she is usually pushing a wheelchair.

Police contacted the store and reviewed surveillance footage, which reportedly shows a female pushing a wheelchair, approach the truck, get in and drive away.
