Ponca City Police Officers and Civilian Employees with the Ponca City Police Department assisted the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics with the Drug Take Back Program, during the Household Hazardous Waste Day in Ponca City on Saturday.
Nearly 250 pounds of unused, expired and unneeded prescription medications were relinquished by Citizens of Ponca City. This program prevents these medications from being on the streets and potentially allowing children to be exposed to dangerous medications.
