At approximately 1: 37 a.m. Monday morning, a shooting occurred in the 1100 Blk. of S. 6th St. in Ponca City. Suspect Anthony James Falagna, Jr., 32, allegedly started shooting into a group of people who were walking to a vehicle. One of the bystanders was hit and received non-life-threatening injuries. Falagna fled the scene. Falagna is described to be a white male, 5’09” and 125Ibs with brown hair and brown eyes. He should be considered armed.
