Evelyn Williams was taken to the OU Medical Center. The driver of the other vehicle, 21 year old Rachel Jennings of Edmond was treated and released from the Stillwater hospital. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the vehicle Williams was driving failed to yield at a stop sign and struck the car driven by Jennings. Williams was pinned in her car for 20 minutes before being freed by Stillwater Fire officials.
