A personal injury collision occurred on December 26 at 1:48 p.m. on State Highway 15 about 1/2 mile east of Red Rock city limits in Noble County.
What happened was that a 1995 International garbage truck, driven by 81-year-old Leroy Fred Ward of Ponca City, departed the roadway to the right, re-entered the roadway, departed the roadway to the left and rolled 1/4 time coming to rest on the passenger side. Ward was transported by ambulance to Stillwater Medical Center in stable condition with neck and truck internal injuries.
