Po-Hi Releases Back-to-School Information

The first day of school for Ponca City Public School students will be Wednesday, Aug. 18. Sophomore, junior and seniors attending Ponca City High School will be able to pick up their schedules from 8 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 12. Ninth graders and new students to the district can pick up schedules on Friday, Aug. 13 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Student schedules will be viewable in the student and parent PowerSchool Portal on Aug. 12. If you have forgotten your password or need assistance, call 580-767-9500, ext. 2. You will be asked to provide identifying information, such as your child’s birthday, to confirm your identity.
Parents of returning Po-Hi students who have not registered should log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal and complete registration. This must be done on a computer. The schedule change request form will be open Aug. 12 and closed Aug. 17.
Seniors will have a meeting with counselor Jayme Evans and assistant principal Krystina Muralt at 9 a.m. on Aug. 12. Concurrent enrollment will be at 9:30 a.m. with an internship meeting at 10 a.m.
Sophomore, junior and senior students who drive to school must complete the parking registration form in the registration process through PowerSchool and pay a $10 fee in MySchoolBucks. Students who cannot pay online may bring a check or cash for $10 and proof of insurance for the vehicle. Parent signature is required.
New student IDs for the 2021-2022 school year will be issued. The first student ID is provided by Ponca City High School. There is a $5 charge for replacement IDs. Students need IDs for school safety, lunch and access to school services.
