Witnesses said the cyclist was traveling south on Palm Street and failed to stop at the stop signThe teen is being transported by Ponca City Fire Department ambulance to OU Children’s in Oklahoma City, with a leg and head injuries. The driver of the pickup was driving east on Grand Avenue. He was not injured and not cited.
