DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe. Ponca City members Ryleigh Rowe and Torran Cremers competed in the Community Awareness Project with their Kindness Workshop held virtually for Washington Pre-K students last fall. These students will represent Ponca City High School and Oklahoma at the DECA International Career Development Conference, also held virtually this year.
