A Ponca City man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after being arrested by U.S. Marshalls earlier this year. 31 year old Brandon Scott Ivers had over 10 million dollars in warrants when he was arrested in January. Ivers was wanted in Osage County on a 10 million dollar bond and 2.5 million in Kay County.
Ivers failed to appear for sentencing on January 5th in Kay County District Court and County officials were notified he had taken off his ankle monitor. Charges against Ivers date back to 2007 and include second degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in meth, conspiracy to traffic in meth and possession of a firearm.
