The assault reportedly took place in the 1900 block of North 14th Street. Officers responded to a call and took a female victim to a secure location and questioned her about the incident.A search warrant was obtained and police last night went to the 300 block of South 9th Street where two arrests were made. 33-year-old Brian Hoffman was booked into the Ponca City jail on complaints of first degree rape, child endangerment, possession of a controlled dangerous substance methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. 39-year-old Dwiene Sigler was arrested at the scene and booked for possession of a CDS meth, possession of paraphernalia and child endangerment.The Department of Human Services took custody of the children at the home.
