Ponca City Woman To Appear

36 year old Katrina Ashley Lee will appear in Kay County District Court on April 6th. She is charged with a misdemeanor count of negligent homicide in the death of Virginia Ross of Shidler on September 25th. Ross was reportedly leaving a Ponca City football game that evening when she was struck by a vehicle in the 1000 block of North Fifth Street. Ross was transported to the Alliance Medical Center and then to another hospital where she was pronounced dead.
