A 68 year old Ponca City dentist was arrested yesterday morning at his office and charged with three counts of sexual battery. Jimmy Dan Highfill has been accused by a former employee of sexual assault at his offices on North Fifth Street. A police affidavit alleges Highfill of holding the woman against her will and soliciting her.
