The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that 36 year old Jerad Going was traveling eastbound on Peckham Road, 2 miles west of Newkirk, at approximately 6:45am when he departed the roadway to the right, hit a road sign, vaulted off a driveway and began rolling.
