As a result of an FBI investigation, Ponca Citian Danielle Dana Layman will serve 37 months in prison for possession of the toxin Ricin.
Layman had manufactured the Ricin in her home in a murder for hire scheme.
In May of last year, Layman tried to hire someone off of Craigslist, to kill her husband, who lived in Israel.
Layman plead guilty to possessing Ricin illegally and the government agreed to dismiss the murder for hire count.
After release from prison, Layman will be under supervision for three years.
